- Direct Referral Requirement: The referred customer must be directly referred to your designated finance consultant using the specified form.
- Eligibility of Referred Customer: The referred individual must not be a current or past client of Sanomi Finance, nor should they have an active quote or application in process with us.
- Gift Card Distribution: We will contact you to distribute your gift card once the referred customer’s loan has been successfully settled.
- Digital Delivery of Gift Card: Your gift card will be sent via a digital platform. It’s essential to keep your contact information updated in our records to ensure smooth delivery.
- Exclusion of Refinanced Loans: This offer is not valid for customers who are refinancing an existing loan with Sanomi Finance.
- Australian Residents Only: This referral program is available exclusively to residents of Australia.
- Consent Requirement: You must obtain the referred person’s consent before sharing their details with us.
- Privacy Policy Acknowledgment: Both you and the referred individual are encouraged to review our privacy and credit reporting policies.
- Settlement Timeframe: The referred customer must finalize a finance contract within 6 months of the referral date to qualify for this offer.
- Rights of Sanomi Finance: Sanomi Finance retains the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
